Perfectly Plaid

Plaid has never looked so chic in this two-piece set from Ann Taylor. Sometimes I think plaid gets a bad wrap – like it can only be worn in the fall when you’re apple picking or going on a camping trip – but I love plaid for all seasons and I especially love incorporating it into my workwear. It adds a little style and fun, but still remains classic and chic if you go with a tailored plaid. As soon as I saw this set, I knew I needed to have it. First, I have a slight obsession with all of the 2-piece sets from AT. Second, it’s the perfect sweater material to help brave this cold winter. And third, this pattern stands out in a sea of black corporate-wear! Not feeling bold enough to wear head-to-toe plaid? Add a solid blazer to your look to tone things down -…

Winter White

I don’t think there is anything more striking than wearing white, especially in the winter. The trick is choosing the right color white. I reserve the stark, bright whites for the summer, and go for more of a creamy white in the winter. This look is one of my recent favorites from Ann Taylor that is perfect to kick-off your 2019 in style. Scroll down for links to this outfit and some other winter white suggestions!

All Wrapped Up

Staying cool and looking good is always a challenge in the summer heat! My favorite style dress for work is the wrap-dress. They are flattering on all body types and keep you cool and comfortable all summer long. This dress comes in multiple colors and patterns, but runs slightly big, so be sure to size down!
